Question about DIN regs w/ adapters

Is the hex key size for those inserts standardized? Is so what size is it? Cheers.

There are at least two sizes that I know of. The ones I use (I culled out all the rest) use a 5/16" hex key.

Standardizing would have been way too simple. I'd assume any LOB with those tanks would have the tool on hand.

I say that everyday about a variety of subjects.

But if you own your tanks it is pretty easy, I have about a half a dozen all of the same size, and in my "Misc scuba stuff I probably don't need but I am keeping anyways" bag I have the other few that aren't the same size as the others.

I only use Yoke tanks but was considering converting my travel set to DIN, one less tool if I need to service it. Not a big deal but always trying to optimize.
