Wetwear has a feature they call EZ-ON zippers.

If you own a Wetwear suit with this feature, how do you like it? I've wondered if that membrane tends to bunch up and get uncomfortable (?)

I've got numerous surf suits and one Scubapro dive suit.

Surf suits frequently have a similar membrane in the torso zipper (it's called a 'bat wing'). It's pretty effective (stops water that gets through the zipper) and comfortable. But that membrane - in the torso - gets spread over a larger area than would be the case with your forearms or lower legs.

Last year I was on a boat with someone that wore a Wetwear with these zippers. He was in and out of his suit a lot faster / easier than the rest of us. I never got around to asking him any detailed questions about this feature.

Old thread, but I've been wondering about this topic myself.

Anyone?
