Question regarding Sea & Sea strobes with "Japan" on the casing

Is there anything to be aware of of these strobes that have Japan printed on the strobe head? I notice that most don't but some on ebay do.

I want to make sure there are no compatability issues

I think all of the older S&S strobes that I have seen say Japan on them somewhere or other but my almost new YSA110a says made in China. I would not worry at all; there is nothing inherently "country specific" in any strobe.

i am surprised they are in ebay in the US. You think they would fetch 10x the price in Japan.
