I am not saying I would, and hope I would never need it. I agree you need what you need. It's just the options on the table are the 23lbs JT light and the Razor at 45lbs. I am pretty sure that a 25 lb lift would be enough (based on gas weight and a balanced rig) but for what it takes to carry around I would rather have the larger of the two and never have to use it. I do not subscribe to the larger wing to solve weighting issues. I am doing my damnedest to get every spec of redundant weight off me and balance my rig within reason. I used to dive very over weighted, not going back to that.
