Probably not the right place to ask this but...Does anyone know of any schools or programs for tranning on equipment repair and service? I have tried to look around online and padi's site but can't find much. Any info will help thanks.

The only non-manufacturer course I know of is taught by Rudy Mola at Diving Technologies International, Inc. Coral Springs, FL. I took the course a couple of years ago and it was very good. http://www.divingtechnologies.com/

It's a week long course and isn't cheap.

Travis, I got your PM, but for some reason you cannot receive a PM.

Here is my answer:

I am an Avionics Systems Engineer and that is how I make my money. I took the class because I was tired of people screwing up my regulators. I was also interested in doing some gear repair and overhaul when I retire. Good luck.
