To back up Mario's information, I just got an email from uwdigitalcamera.com in Japan to say that INON are developing a 28AD adapter for the WP-DC35 and it should be available in March.
Is there a big difference between the 28AD and the AD adapters? The reason I'm asking is because the UWL-105 is much cheaper than the UWL-100 28AD and from what I've read it sounds like they both give about the same field of view at zooms of 28mm or 35mm respectively.
In that case the only advantage I can see of the UWL-100 28AD at 28mm over the UWL-105 at 35mm is the wider aperture.
Is this right or am I missing something?

it has been reported by one poster that he was able to convert a Fuji AD adapter and use his 105AD with the DC-35--reported, encouraging, that would be great. I remain very skeptical. The 105 is not as critical on lens spacing as the 165, fingers crossed that the DC-35 does get an AD mount, it would be nice, I am skeptical, hope I am wrong.
If Inon is doing a 28AD, now, that might work. I don't have any 28AD lenses but generally speaking, no, the AD WAL and FE lenses will not work with the 28AD mount but with an adapter the 165AD macro will. If indeed Inon is developing a 28AD mount, that is very encouraging for DC-35 users, fingers crossed.
If you are committed to the DC-35 then it seems you need to just sit tight and wait and see what kit Inon offers before investing in lens options.
Yes, the 105AD WAL and 165AD FE are very different from the 100-28AD WAL. AD lenses, except for the 165AD UCL macro are not compatible with the 28AD mount. This is straight from the Inon catalog.
The 28AD lenses are made for use with a camera with a 28mm lens native (like the S90) and the AD lenses are intended for 35mm native, and, will require zooming to 35mm to eliminate vignetting and thus a very, very close mounting when used with cameras that must be "zoomed" to 35 mm because if you notice, the lens backs up as you go from 28mm to 35mm and then to 50mm before then extending to max zoom.
