Do they currently manufacture tanks for sale in the US? I guess I have never seen LP Steel tanks from either manufacturer. I couldn't say for sure. I do know that there are a couple other manufacturers that make HP steel tanks for sale in the US, such as Genesis......but I don't believe they make LP steel.

Dunno. I always see the names on tank spec charts, but don't know anything about them. Are those just legacy tanks?

Seagate seems to be associated with OMS/Faber.

Beuchat and Heiser seem to be the same tanks, all made by Heiser. No idea if they're still sold here in the US.
