Picasa is pretty good..

I use it mostly for browsing images and occasionally some quick and dirty editing of my topside images.
I find that the fill light, highlights and shadows options under the tuning tab is pretty good..

Nice pics. I like the first one with the diver frogging over the bow and the later one with the 2 divers descending. I guess I'm not used to that kind of vis, so it's neat to see the whole wreck at once.

Sorry to hijack for a minute Catherine. This is a blatant plug for fishing in Mexico, taken last November... This is a Black, about 450 lbs. I released a 650 lb Blue the same day because Kurt, the boat owner and I just needed some fish in the freezer and this was plenty. Kurt also took some to the people in his town. We are almost all catch and release.
