I totally relate to heaping on piles and piles of completely unnecessary stress in class & struggling with it :wink:.
 
I recognise it all when I dive with some people, and I look at same things, and find this last sentence a little bit :wink:: 'I haven’t talk about how I fix all of these issues because, well, that’s what training is for and there is only so much you can fix on the internet.' Not want to share their tricks (and I don't share my tricks too if I have them) :D haha
The report is recognisable. Not all are diver2 happely
 
Two secrets:

1. Take Primer before Fundies.
2. Put "passing" out of your mind.
 
3. Practice with GUE trained mentors if at all possible
4. Practice, practice, practice! As often as possible
5. Take video, review it honestly for static trim, balance, skills; get constructive feedback from GUE mentors
6. Tweak your performance and
7. Practice, practice, practice!
 
I loved Gareth's essay, as I almost always love what he writes. There is so much truth, and so much humor in it. I'm glad you put the link up, Kathy; I actually came to SB tonight to do so, because I think it's an awfully good read, and not just for folks taking Fundies.
