Back rest made of 4" pvc heated and molded and a boat bumper.
Out rigger 4" schedule 80 pvc filled with foam.
aluminum rails I got from an old copier cott
Front hatch made from 4" pvc heated flatened and glued and rivited together.
Flag also doubles as a sail. I used it last time worked well.
I haven't tried the outrigger as a place to carry second tank yet but I'll let you know how it works.

Interesting rig, let me know how things work out. How long does sit up and take down take?

When I went last week it took me 20 min to get into the water including setting up my dive gear.
Everthing is clipped or pinned. For the tank I figure I can strap or bungie it to the outrigger.
I stack all the parts on the Kayak and wheel it to waters edge on the cart I made from an old stroller and the wheels cam from one of them electric cars they make for kids.
I was going to use the motor and battery so I wouldn't have to be the horse but it moved to slow. I'd be going tomorrow but my paddle hasn't came in yet.
