long story... his username was "oCrmaster" (my emphasis)... we called him "orc"...
he picked a fight with everyone and didn't take criticism on his work very well... he got kicked out and has since been kicked out of practically every scuba forum he's logged on to...
he has become a pretty good u/w fotog but still kupal overall... the (sad) truth is ang daming di pa siya nakikilala in person kagalit na niya - it must be quite an honor to be such disliked/ hated by the whole local dive industry hahahahaa
you've probably even heard of him

sadly, the philippines is ready for another mistake - erap. jueteng is a source of income for the most poor provincial people. they don't see the larger picture behind him running his small scale mafia just because they feed their families with gambling money.
i'm waiting for mafia wars to have a philippine setting. the levels are "boy kara krus" "hesus derby" "mama sang" "lotteng ticket master" "jueteng lord" "philippine president" that'd be fun
