Great deal for someone looking for a titanium reg. Sealed is the way to go IMHO.
 
Yes my Ti regs are all sealed.
Mine too. It's not just cold water. The lube keeps floating sand out of the ambient chamber. That grit sticks to the film of lubricant on the oring at the edge of the piston, and starts the inevitable downhill process that destroys an otherwise well-rinsed first stage. +1 to environmental sealing!
