So I just got home earlier today from our weeklong trip to Blue Heron!
It was awesome, just like last year. Here are a few quick photos that I have managed
to go through. I have several hundred:D
All these shots were taken with my new Canon 7d

Huge Polkadot Batfish- a first for me, and we found three on the trip

What an awesome find! I want to see one. All your photos are great. Glad to hear you had good dives at my favorite dive location

I believe there is going to be a beach cleanup at Phil Foster Park & that it is to extend to the underwater area of the park. Please be aware that many of the cans, bottles,tires etc have become homes. You may not realize that the blenny in the bottle jumped out for a moment when you approached or the octo ducked far into the can as you bent to pick it up. PLEASE be careful of what you remove. Remember too that the seahorses, decorator & sponge crabs hang on lines & pipes so search carefully before you remove. Thank You

When is the beach clean up? Not this weekend, I hope...

nice pics, btw, have you considered entering them in any contests. I especailly like the octopus in the beer can.
