There have been several questions recently asking if non-NACD members will be allowed at the NACD BOD meeting this Saturday, October 13. In the past, the NACD has allowed non-members to attend the quarterly BOD meetings. However, based on advice from the NACD attorney and because of some of the sensitive issues to be discussed such as the conduct of members that have caused their removal, this meeting will be closed to all except NACD members in good standing.
