Hi,
Just a quick update to the original inquiry. After 2 more dives I ditched the shears and went with a dive rite pocket on right side. I put shears inside with other goodies. 15 dives after that I am tottally happy with the long hose. It routes under the pocket nicely and stays put!
I will probably never go back to shorter hose. Even as a solo/same ocean same day diver I have warmed up to the idea that if I come accrossed someone with a problem or have one myself, the best management of oog is with the long hose, weather you are inside, outside,or on the line.
Eric

Glad you found a solution. I'm with you -- the long hose has so many benefits, and so few drawbacks.

Is there anywhere else that you can put the bungeed alternate reg? I don't like having things around my neck.
