None are.

There are better and worse instructors in all of them.
Doc's right, it's more the instructor than the organization. I'd ask around to divers from your LDSs or local dive groups and see which instructors get recommended more often than not, and that's who I'd use. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Your training is only as good as the instructor that does it ... period

that said , some organizations have different standards but again, It's the instructor that is the key link
