Water temp is 84 degrees, year round. That "solid" water is not for me.
Bahamas seem to be full of lead and anchors.

Duh! Go THROUGH it! Like Jim said, it's soft underneath and crystal clear (and you DON'T have to carry a flag to keep from getting run over!

Diving through the ice "up nort der" you have to be careful of the ice fisherman jigging you up. Of course it would be funny as hell to poke your head through one of their holes while they're getting tanked in their shanty.
