If you are talking about sand tigers like we have here in NC, the NC aquarium has several. In fact, I just saw one swim by on the live tank cam. Kind of grainy but if you have high speed link it's kind of cool. This particular tank is at Roanoke Island but I have seen them at Fort Fisher as well.

If all else fails, book a liveaboard trip with Jim Abernethy (www.scuba-adventures.com) and you can see all the tiger sharks you want!

Yes, that's where they should be in the ocean not in aquariums!
 
A quick internet search turns up Tiger Sharks In Captivity which seems to be fairly up to date. Tons of aquariums have sand tigers, but few have or have had Tigers.
