Tip for the Dive Master?

What is the customary tip for the dive master?
What would you tip in the US, for a certified, experienced DM?
Boat in the Gulf?
Car Carivan to the local cavern?

I'm sure it vary by region of the world? what about caribbean?

Not sure about the rest of the world, but in the US and Caribbean, I tip the crew $10/per tank.

Same here, 10.00 per tank is fair to me.

I usually tip 15 to 20% of the normal daily trip cost. (If the trip is discounted, I tip on the normal rate)
