I stayed at a resort in Cancun, which stated all tips were included in the price.
We used the kids club a few times, so we could go diving. The girl running it was wonderful & all 4 kids just loved her. ( they all pitched a fit the 1st day about the kids club-none of them wanted to go ) On our last day there we tried to tip the girl. She refused & said she was not allowed to accept any tips, at all. We wrote her a nice little note & put the note & the tip in an envelope, addressed it to her & left it at the front desk.
We figured she'd get to keep it, since we were long gone. We have tipped this way at other resorts, that have the no tipping policy as well.
