No, sorry. The Torus 17 is essentially the same wing only with an inner bladder and outer shell.

Specs? It's a wobble stopper. Not sure what more you need.

I am looking at attaching this to a flat poly reinforced rubber back plate that does not have a ridge running down the center of the plate. So I was wondering how thick the wobble stopper was? If it is too thick I would feel the thing through the plate.

I doubt you would feel it, but the wobble stopper is sewn on, and one can (carefully) cut the threads to remove it desired.
