Not to start a debate, but with no burst disks and some fill stations able to do 5000PSI fills, it sounds like the potential to be very dangerous...

you can fit a 300 bar fill whip on a 232 bar valve, so a 232 bar valve can't protect you against an overfill (assuming a shop bothered with separate 232-bar and 300-bar whips with different bank pressures)...
