For Sale Underwater ROV with Speargun - Sit on your boat and Spearfish

Hey all you divers! Being retired and to much time on my hands, just invented an Underwater ROV/Spear gun "Stingray". My intention was for the divers who can no longer dive for medical or for other reasons but still want to Spearfish. It is still in development. Should complete the project in a month. Putting it on “Kick Starter” in 2 weeks.
Still need to design the “Control Panel” but should not take but a week. Let me know if anybody is interested. Again Kick Starter in 2 weeks. I will keep you informed.

Is this legal in the US? I remember a video of a handgun on a drone that was illegal. Not sure how the DNR would feel about a remotely operated spear gun.

Well, you can’t call it spearfishing.

I can't say I love the idea, but if you could figure out a way to repetitively spear lionfish and somehow slide them into a collection bag, or even just leave them to die, you might be on to something to help with the deep water lionfish problem, and I could get behind that.

Seriously, @CuzzA is right. Could be helpful to eliminate invasive species.

at least you should consider introducing a signature model carved by mallet and chisels
from walnut
