Used DSS Lithium Ion Battery

I am looking at purchasing a used DSS lithium ion battery for a Dive-Xtras Sierra scooter. The seller is not the original owner. He does not know the age or history of the battery. However, he has only used it twice. The last time was 6 months ago. Is there any way I can check the condition/health of the battery? Thanks.

No practical way for *you* to do it. We could test the battery, but it would need to be transported to DSS. I would suggest you call before. Lithium batteries of this size have restrictions on shipping.
