Using 2 GoPro's

Does any body use 2 GoPro's on a tray for any reason, I have 2 and was just wondering if there was a reason to use them both.

I do! I've got a Hero 3+ black and a Hero 2. I can use the cameras at different settings such as wide and narrow. Or, what I do a lot is attach a macro wet lens on the front of the Hero 3+ and try to get in close to things.

Mounting one on your head can be a bad idea when watching the video. You'd be surprised how much your head moves around and it can be very disorienting to the viewer.

3D housing and cables are only available for Hero 2 and Hero 3+ black cameras.

I usually hang multiple cameras on my rig to get different perspectives.

We have a new virtual reality set up, and I wonder if your videos can be viewed in this type of system?
