USVI: found possible wreck on Google Earth between Congo & Lovango Cays. Anyone know what is?

Well I'm intrigued!! My borther is in St. Thomas so I'm going to send him out to take a look.
Looks like a Catamaran.
Checking it out on google Earth, It clearly seems ON the water on 4/18/2020 (latest) and there is nothing there but water on 4/2/2020 imagery.
Google Earth is frequently less muddled than Maps.
