No, i don't carry a stage or bailout usually, I just calculate with my SAC rate how much time i'm allowed at the bottom, then subtract 5 minutes. Add in however much i need for the safety stop, and carry a good watch. I've also breathed a tank dry with them before, so i know what it feels like to be getting low on air. Nothing like a little uncertainty to spice things up, eh?
