20 minutes @ 100' does not require deco, 20 minutes is the NDL.
vPlanner requires just short of 11 minutes of deco.

PADI NDL @100' - 20 minutes
SSI NDL @ 100' - 20 minutes
NAUI NDL @100' - 22 minutes
US Navy NDL @100' - 25 minutes
Not sure what to tell you, except that you spin the wheel and take your chances.
I'll go with vPlanner. It's had a lot more "real life testing" for deeper/longer dives than the PADI tables, and the Navy tables are only useful if you happen to have a Navy and it's resources and are 20-something years old.
