I like the personal service I get from "Poppy". Even if your truck is booked with a package through your hotel, you can usually ask them to get the vehicle through a spe3cific agency. (most use all of them anyway)
Poppy is always there waiting for us with a smile, at curb side, when we get off the red eye!

I have used Budget and AB many times. Never any issues although Budget usually has nicer trucks. The only issue is they are extremely slow when you are waiting in line to pick up your ride. They are very nice but, oh so slow.
Poppy is the way to go. She is there, ready to give you your truck and you are on your way. Also very easy on the return. Just leave it in the parking lot and go.
Wherever you rent, do a good inspection of the vehicle before you leave. Most are pretty scratched up but make sure that they mark it on the form. Both Budget and AB are decent on the returns but I have heard of others that are not.
