Ok, I posted an idea.

I spent the week in Marathon and wondered how the Venice beach dive went. We had some pretty nasty weather before I headed south on I75. I had a feeling that the gulf wasn’t going to cooperate for a beach dive. Marathon was okay. The weather there was sketchy day by day as well. A few days of diving resulted in some lobster, grouper and hogfish. The rest of the trip was spent fixing boat gear broken while in rough sea, waiting out storms, or swimming in the pool. Today was a trip to offshore and the water was pitch black 12 miles offshore. The tannins from the rivers made it so that I decided to go for grouper instead. Short Red Grouper to report for today. Good looking fish and fun to catch. Big French Grunts available as usual.
