hello Olmec, welcome aboard. According to some Venice is a great place for hunting teeth. I'm planning on finding out later this year. Let me know if you find some good spots.

If you'll go down to the Travel section, United States, Florida.. you'll find some fellow divers that will help you out with all sorts of information on diving in Venice. Everything from where to dive to where to park. Even where to pick up your vehicle from impound if you didn't pay attention to their where to park post..
 
My Mom lives down there and I hope to dive there in August.
I have found thousands of teeth just on the beach and also at Nokomis.
 
I've dove there lots of teeth not far from shore, vis isn't great,but your underwater so who cares! Have not found a meg tooth yet.
