ok so anyone know what kind of vis I should expect for this weekend trying to decide if I should do this dive or blue springs.

also whats the water temps like?

I dove Venice yesterday ... vis was 5ft on first dive off Venice Drive 2nd dive was near Sharkys and vis was considerably better ... 10ft

got a few teeth and armadillo scutes .. was looking to spear some fish but the grouper were all small....

Did Alhambra yesterday. I kayaked out so I can't tell you near shore viz but, it was around 10 ft at a depth of 20 feet. Water temp was 68.
 
Nah, ya aint gonna believe what happened to me. I got all my gear set up & discovered I had gotten a short fill. The tank only had 1500 psi in it. I was not a happy camper. It was one of my short tanks so I only got about 40 minutes out of it. I found about 25 small ones. Nothin' to write home about.
 
so is 5-10 feet usually normal vis for venice? lol
