I'd not done summer diving here as yet; but someone told me it's around 17C - 62.6F at depth. Maybe someone who'd dived recently might enlightened us. Dived a month ago and it's 66.2F and 69.8F one the same day at different sites, the higher being in slightly deeper water. This is Melbourne's weather for you; unpredictable even under water.

Sunday the 2nd I went down to a pier called St Leonards. The water temp was 22c, the first time I have dived without gloves or a hood!!!
I recomend the dive site, its just past Geelong.
Enjoy Melbourne.

I did a 20m dive two weeks ago - 19 degrees fahrenheit.

Just kidding - celcius.
