Wearing wetsuit vest on top of wetsuit

You'll get more warmth (less loss of heat) if you wear the vest under the wet suit........

I've found it depends on the wetsuit material. Some of mine were warmer inside and my current one is warmer outside.

I have to get a vest for outside as my wetsuit has no more space to put vest inside.
