I work for a consulting engineering firm. We do design work and construction inspection for PennDOT and Turnpike projects. We do not do underwater inspection work. The diving I did in western PA was a special project for environmental investigation for a new highway alignment. That was the only time I got to dive for work. A bad day diving is still better than a day sitting in the office.
