What do you wear under wetsuit? (MEN)

bicycle shorts or some other type of compression shorts. I dont think they bunch up at all and if they do, I sure cant feel it.

Under Armour. I don't dive without it.
 
They're called Jammers. Like bike shorts, but optimized for in-water use (quick-drying, chlorine-resistant, etc.). They give more coverage than speedo's, with all the comfort, and don't roll up and bunch up in your wetsuit.

They can also be worn UNDER your boardshorts quite comfortably, then you're free to shuck your shorts when it's dive time, and still look cool topside.

Under Armor is good stuff, but it's basically technical underwear, and not explicitly designed for underwater use. Great for mountaineering, but leave it to companies like Speedo and Tyr to develop the in-water clothing.
 
Same as compudude. Nike also makes a similar style. They work great.
