I think that is a Conshelf, somewhere between a model 21 and a model 30.

That's a USD Pro Diver first stage.
Yes, it's the Pro Diver. Conshelf internals with a port arrangement the emulates the mothership of our alien overlords.

It's been called different things.....Pro, Conshelf 30 and Royal.

i know it does look pretty alien mothershipish... i think they were trying to offer broader angles for the hoses or something
