what type of fins do you use?

Aeris Velocities....
The thrust of a paddle with the relief of a split from the soft vented center. I use them wet and dry (different sizes) and my wife has them as well for wet.

They are not as easy to do the frog kick in as Jets but after watching a photographer at Weekie Wachee 2 weeks ago I saw that it can be done nicely. Actually after her object lesson I was surprising myself.

They also behave nicely on the surface when skin-diving. With spring straps they neutralize a 6.5 mm boot perfectly.

the original hard rubber, nonfloating ScubaPro Jet Fins purchased in 1968 ..... I have purchased newer fins but keep comming back to my old favorites.
 
Gara 2000HF's, One of the best moves that i've made spearing. Lots of power.
 
Get the Cressi long fins with a full foot - more streamlined - more zoom for those long shots
