I am guessing a purplemouth moray. The eyes in the picture are blown out a little, but if they are gold then that may be it.
hehe, one id want to stay away from. those things are wicked fast.
As above it looks like a Purple Mouthed Moray, or perhaps a Greater Sandy Moray, but those are mostly found in Australian waters...where was the pic taken?
