YMCA Scuba Diver as college PE class in 1991
 
OW in 2004
Nitrox in 2005
AOW in 2006 (probably would have gotten more out of it earlier)
Rescue in 2008
Intro to Tech in 2010 (planned)

Looks like I am on a 2-year schedule....
 
I was certified YMCA Open Water in September 1984. Eleven months later in August 1985 (59 dives) I was certified both YMCA SLAM and YMCA Silver Star Advanced.

Then did SSI AA (Navigation, Deep, buoyancy, photog, wreck)

Gonna slow down for awhile, take a year of just diving before I start tech stuff.
 
OW in May 2007 A friend persuaded me to quite holding my breath to see the bottom.
AOW October 2007 I needed to go deeper.
Nitrox June 2008 I needed to shorten my surface interval and get back in the water.
 
YMCA 1970 I haven't found the need for any others.
