When should someone take the DIRF / DIR-F class?

Yeah, my eyes hurt now :) LOL

I found out that if you fail the class, you have to start again like you never took it (pay $ again).
You have to be pretty bad to do it and have a really bad attitude.
The "provisional" means you have stuff to work on and prove to an instructor before you are allowed to take another class.
