Yeah, I saw that, but the website seems to be for a large conglomerate and the diving page seems high-level and focused on B2B transactions. Not clear that they're set up for retail sales. Have you bought through them?
US service documents say Oakite #31, or distilled white vinegar. No guidance on dilution, if any.
