I think you should be able to find mobile phone shops in the back of Sabang beach.

Yup. Will be arriving thursday in PG. Taking the ferry over from romblon and taking the bangka ferry to PG. I was surprised I didn't have any problems getting a room.

as chip & spoon posted earlier, we go with whatever dive op we choose (and arrange sites with them) then just meet up during SIs. am not too sure if we could do a single site as a whole group
