And while i do make dive knives they certainly are not "steak knives" although i suppose you could cut a steak with one of mine

I think that you can. You can PM me a copy too. I need a sheath to match.

Well, we non-dir types call them steak knives but they were much heftier than the ones in your knife drawer. Very solid looking knives.
