I agree with Alcina also, but personally I'd like to see it reorganied into a DSLR section and a P&S section and get rid of the differnet brands. Reason being that I think P&S or DSLR users have more to learn from and share with each other then they would from other "fans of the brand" using diffenrent types of cameras (insert P&S for DSLR int eh above statement and my argument remains the same). Grouping by brand makes it more complicated and seems to reinforce brand loyalty (not that there's anything wrong with that, or right either). Just that IMHO users of similar types of systems will exchange more info from users of the same type of system regardless of brand, than they will from users of a completely differnent type of system from the same brand.
For example how much can a Canon Eos 5D user learn from a G10 user, whereas how much could that same 5d user learn from a Nikon D700 (or whatever the Nikon/Olympus/Pentax/Sony/Acme equivalent is) user (or vice versa) whereas how much could that same G10 user contribute to a P6000 user (or vice versa).
I hope not to stir up a Nikon vs Canon vs Olympus or other brand argument, but I use a Nikon P&S and have learned a lot more from threads in the Canon and Olympus specifinc to diffenrent models of P&S cameras than I have from any of the Nikon DSLR threads. Htere are so many morsels of info out there that one has to go digging for that eventually it can become overwhelming. And I'm willing to bet that the DSLR users could say the same thing, that there more pertinent info regarding housings or lenses or ports, etc, from DSLR users of other brands than there are from users of P&S camreas of the same make.
