I have a Scubaforce Xpedition and love it - its well made, there were no issues with the custom fit and it still looks as good as new after a year of diving. They were also kind enough to add some features that were not part of the usual package.
I don't think you'll notice any difference between an Otter or Scubaforce underwater.

I have an Otter Britannic II telescoping. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
