Actually very easy computer to navigate. As we tell our customers here to go home read manual and if any questions come in and we can go over it all. If you purchased online do not go to a LDS and expect them to teach you for free on how to use a product they did not sell you. If they do show you for free out of the goodness of their hearts offer a tip of at least $40
