Wreck Dive Vacation (Sept-Oct or Late Dec-Jan) Suggestions?

Bermuda is expensive like the Caymans.

They want a certain "type" of visitor not to visit

I've been to both places and Bermuda makes the Caymans look affordable. I haven't dived in Bermuda, but it's on the list. Since I'm just outside of NYC, I'm considering a Bermuda cruise. The deals I'm finding put the air and accommodation prices to shame.
