I'd say 'Hello from London', but then somebody might think that I'm from someplace interesting (London, England). My wife and I were certified in May, and have since been to Cozumel and our local melted glaciers, otherwise known as the great lakes. I'm in the process of acquiring a BC, and this board has proven to be a treasure chest of information/experiences (I'm getting a BP/W setup, by the way). In less than two years I'll be practicing dentistry -somewhere-, but I have no idea where at the moment (I'm US board certified, so I could be coming to a warm state near you).

Welcome overboard.

Why do they call it a practice? I'd rather have someone who's finished practicing and has it all figured out.

Welcome Aboard!!!

It's addictive, but who cares?!?!?

Good friends and good info. What could be better???

P.S. - If you have not already done so, please fill out your profile.

Howdy!

Welcome to SB!!
:happywave Put us in your computer's favorites and check in often. This is a great place to learn, compare, argue :argue: Look around our various forums - everything from New-To-Scuba to Instructors-Only to Dive Medicine.

London On. or London England...............

Who cares

Welcome to the board

Sean, Welcome to the Board..... Think warm! clear water!!!! Come see us in Florida, we always need a diving dentist

Congrats on the new cert.

Thanks for the warm welcoming! Unfortunately I'm serving a 3-4 week 'surface interval' compliments of my right ear, but it'll take about that long for some of my equipment to arrive. By that time I'll have my hands full with patients, and other joys associated with being in university for 13 years now. BUT...we're hitting Florida over Christmas, Hawaii (big island) over March break, and I'll be volunteering in some poorer nation next summer (you bet it'll have diving nearby). Checking out for places to, ah, 'practice', too! Great board...even better people. Glad I found it.

Sean

Welcome to the board. My company owns a subsidiary in London, so I'll be sure to look you up for some Great Lakes wreck diving if I can get up that way on business.

Good luck with your ear and your shopping. Hope to see you during your Florida trip,
Grier

Hello from Matt,

Welcome to SB! :scatter: I came here to look for help with my scuba diving dream and the response has been fantastic. So, I know you will enjoy being a member here.
There are a lot of nice and informative scuba divers. It's a good place to meet other divers and share experiences and dreams. Take care from Matt. :snorkels:
