Yes you can use a inflatable boat here in Hawaii but 14ft might be a little small I had one but was 18ft and this worked well.

The Enzo 2 is No Longer but Mike Diamond head divers is still doing Charters on Carl's Boat the Kahala Kai so give Him call at Diamond Head divers.
